I would like to conjugate Mycobacterium tuberculosis LAM (lipoarabinomannan) to fluorescent and/or magnetic beads to pull down LAM-binding cells from human blood and tissue. Can anybody suggest a product that would work for this? Most bead products say they're for protein conjugation.
You could use anti-LAM antibody bound to the beads to hold onto the LAM. Here is an example in the literature of this approach:

While Adam Shapiro's answer provides a valid approach, you have to keep in mind that the capture antibodies could block epitopes that are necessary for LAM recognition or binding by your cells of interest. If you use a monoclonal anti LAM, you will, for instance, not be able to detect B cells specific for the same epitope.
Yes, I'll keep that in mind. We have 2 different monoclonal anti-LAM and a couple of polyclonal anti-TB abs on hand. Would you happen to have any other ideas for possible ways to do this?

There are companies offering magnetic polystyrene spheres that you could use for cell seperation (disclaimer: I have not tested this approach myself).
