Actually, we need to buy a system to perform biological simulation work, so can anyone please give the configuration for the system.
Our budget lies till 2.5 lacs.
I think these specs will work but I'm not sure about the price.

Processors:- Intel; Core i7-6700K; 4.00GHz; 8MB; 350 MHz / 1200 MHz; Skylake; 14nm; R0; 91W; 100;
Ram: Dominator® Platinum Series 32GB DDR4 DRAM 2133MHz C10
Hard Disk: PCI-e WD40RUNVS 4TB / 128GB SSD 4TB
Graphic Card:Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 Ti
If you use molecular dynamics packages or you can use cuda programming, I suggest to pay for better GPU instead of CPU. GPUs are very faster then CPUs i parallel programing.
GPU is very faster CPU, but not all the softerware or program can run with it. For molecular dynamics simulation, some potentials can not run with it.if you can sure your softerware or program can run with GPU, it really the best choice. if not, choose CPU. Intel Xeon run more stablity than Core,but basic frequency is lower. if you need strong computing power, HPC may be more suitable
