You can simply prepare polyaniline by chemical oxidative method around refrigirator temperature using distilled anilne (for better results) and oxidising agent available to you. Later you change the obtained polyanilne salt to its base form which can be used to form film for your purpose.

i can understand your beats... the thing you have to do, is to go through some Journal papers where you can easily find the high conducting polymers and dopents used .. applying your skill select one from them and go through the analysis which you have in your laboratory... to select polymer and dopents Chemistry is not required much but for the analysis of Cyclic Voltametry data..we should go through what actually Redox reactions are..

Thank you very much for you answer an proposition. I'm open to all suggestions: Sample as a film, or pellet or powder. In fact, we have already worked on polyacetylene doped with iodine (I think I put this article in my publications) and we are interested in the first place is the electrical conductivity of these polymers or organic materials (doped or not). For this, we have a device that can measure very low currents. Thus the only condition is the ability to achieve electrical contacts and introducing the sample into the measuring cell.
for Toxicity you should just go through the reaction happening inside the solution...
