In search of particles we have to do wait till particle get some such expression which can come under out calculations and tools, for the purpose often collision of particle technique come in use. The concept of Particle Markers will be helping in further exploration of particles and forces.
When we know the amount of energy & Mass in universe then we can find out the particles on the basis of their functions rather than all the time make calculations of expected energy shifts and mass changes. The functional aspects can be known on the basis of understanding about Universal Managemental System and grand systematic sketch behind it.
I thought with reference to search of SYMPAT (X-Factor, the force behind structure, symmetry & pattern), the markers can be;
1. Induced anarchy as functional markers for natural particles
2. Induced particle (natural & Man assembled) as functional markers for natural particles
3. Types of markers which based on other than Energy & Colour calculations
4. Symmetry & Patterns reorganizations techniques and tools based markers and model along computer simulation

Thanks for such a nice contribution. There can be two main reasons for having no answer yet.
1) Very few are dealing with such techniques, and they don't want to disclose it due to organizational SOPs etc.
2) The concept of Particle markers are very new and bit surprising to understand and for further thought processing.
If replace the word particle with biological then plenty of suggestions can come, however biological markers do deal at molecular level and here the question is about particle levels, so really not easy to find some thing which work as marker for so tiny particles especially when they are not catchable and not static as well. So some marking can be done like "grafting", little interaction in the way, or things like that. Researchers at CERN might have some thought processing on it, and might be some marking techniques will be in use among diversity of experiments. moreover the marking can be done on the basis of finding some new parameters into particles as well.
Anyhow the evolution in particle marking techniques, tools and methodologies are much needed in current era of development especially.
