Complexe elastic data for viscoelastic modeling ANSYS APDL

I'm trying to model viscoelastic behavior of a fluid in contact to a piezoelectric element using harmonic analysis, but can't find how to model the anisotropic damping matrix for the viscoelastic model (PLANE 183) like in COMSOL (Anisotropic loss factors for elastic matrix).

is it possible to do so with ansys or is there any advices about input data for vicoelastic elements in harmonic analysis.
