CS2: Sweet corn-chickpea-sesamum
CS3: Foxtail millet- chickpea

Subplots: Nutrient management through manures generated from the IFS unit (4)
N1: 25 % N through inorganic fertilizer + 75% N through organic manures
N2: 50 % N through inorganic fertilizer + 50% N through organic manures
N3: 75 % N through inorganic fertilizer + 25% N through organic manures
N4: 100% RDF through inorganic

In the studies with cropping sequences, you have different crops grown in the sequences. Those crops may yield differently and have different values. So, it is not only irrational, but also erroneous to simply add their yields over years for comparative performance evaluation of the crop sequences. So, the simplest way is to express those economic yields as common units such as gross margins (= gross revenue - variable costs), major crop equivalent yield (= particular crop yield × price ratio of particular crop to major crop), etc. per crop season and add them together to get values for each cumulative sequence. You can probably apply similar approach for analyzing other systems performance variables. You may refer to an article in the following link for an idea:
