Superconductors exhibit it's conducting property at very low temperatures. that means without doping any material we can increase conductivity of materials. In the same manner there may be the possible ways to gain conductivity but at normal temperatures only. a graphene material is having high surface area itself. so is there any ways to make increase in one semiconductor surface area like graphene? the mobility of electrons also have to increase in semiconductors but should not be doped or incorporated or polymers or anything etc...?Please suggest me
