Por ejemplo, de una maceración con 5g de materia prima y 45mL de solvente se obtuvo una concentración de polifenoles totales de 8.292 mg EAG/ 100 mL muestra. ¿Qué fórmula se utiliza? O que datos faltarían para calcular el porcentaje de ese extracto?
