Dear Sir/Madam,

Infectious with Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a major public health problem all over the world. COVID-19 is definitely an unprecedented international public health challenge. It has been aggressively hitting cities, and many healthcare systems have collapsed or near-collapsed, wreaking havoc globally. Social media communication is increasingly utilized outlet for people to freely create and post information that is disseminated and consumed worldwide through the Internet. In this respect, social media provides an additional informal source of data that can be used to identify health information not reported to medical officials or health departments and to reveal viewpoints on health-related topics, especially of a sensitive nature. Consequently, and based on our scientific duty towards the globe, a number of researchers are conducting a joint scientific research entitled "The impact of social media platforms and governmental electronic websites and their role on community protection against Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) via the mediating roles of community awareness and behavioral change: An empirical study across all countries". Therefore, we developed a set of questions in the form of a questionnaire to answer our research questions. These information will be used for scientific research purposes only.
