Combination therapy (OADs) in T2DM

In a patient recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes mellitus and an HbA1c level exceeding 9%, who is not inclined to initiate insulin therapy, what is the recommended triple combination OADs ?

My preference is Merformin (1g), Dapaglifozin (10 mg), Pioglitazone (15mg)
