I have a suspension of PMMA coated PHSA in solvent mixture of cis decalin and TCE which is more than 6 years old. I have now prepared sample using this for vol.frac: 55%. BUt now g(r) is not matching with old measurement. What might be the possible causes for this. Please help me in this regard.

Can you provide more information? I assume g(r) is the radial distribution function. How did you measure it before and how are you measuring it now? Has the apparatus changed at all? Have you measured moisture content using Karl Fischer etc to see if that has changed? Was there evidence of sedimentation/flocculation/aggregation? Have to used any other techniques to characterize your particles?
G(r) is my pair correlation function. I measured it using confocal microscopy before and now also. I did not measured the moisture content since it was preserved good. There was evidence of density mismatch and sedimentation but it is solved.
The colloidal suspensions are thermodynamically and kinetically unstable. It's amazing that your suspension does not change for 6 years. Compare the old and new functions of the paired distribution.
The width of peaks G(r) provides the information about degree of disorder of atoms (nanoparticles), included in a pair of distribution. The areas under the peaks of functions p(r) provide the information about the number of pairs of scatters.
