We are trying to characterize the storage polysaccharides in Anchote (Cocsinia abyssinica), an indigenous food security crop. This crop has a special root characters and we suspect that the root mass is not starch and we wanted to know what exactly is the dominant carb in it. We currently do not have laboratories and we want to collaborate with interested researchers. Any one out there?
