Colchicine or Nocodazole? I am doing in vivo fluorescence tracing down interaction of A-Tubulin with a viral protein.

The viral protein I am working with is suggested to interact with A-tubulin. Planning to treat my cells with taxol and a MTs-depolymerizer. Not sure if Colchicine or nocodazole works better. I may need to co-treat the drugs with LMB too. Not sure if Colchicine interact with LMB either.
