Co-doping Nd:YAG with Ho, can you expect Ho to lase (at 2 um or 2.7 um) if pumped at 808 nm ?

Is it possible to make a 1% Nd 1% Ho YAG lase at 2 um (5I7 to 5I8 for Ho) or 2.7 um (5I6 to 5I7 for Ho) when pumped at 808 nm (4F5/2 + 2H9/2 pump for Nd) ? Is there any other way of pumping that can likely lase Ho at 2 um in this scheme ? Is it possible to pump Nd to its 4I15/2 level where it can transfer energy to the 5I7 level of Ho ? If Er is introduced as another dopant, would it change the outcome when pumped at 808 nm ?
