I have created a system that categorizes cancer trials by the specific cancer mutation of patients that should be enrolled in the trial. The system uses certain Natural Language Processing techniques for the categorization. I am looking for a journal to publish in, any suggestions? Also could you let me know the impact factor, leaning of course towards high ranking but only if they are interested in this kind of work.
