Since Chryseobacterium is a species rarely involved in clinical infections, there are no species specific breakpoints.
EUCAST has issued the PK/PD (non-species related) breakpoints, which can be used here (download of version 6.0 (2016) at http://www.eucast.org/clinical_breakpoints/
There are also CLSI breakpoints for "Other Non-Enterobacteriaceae", which could be used, the latest version (2016) of the document is CLSI M100 S26 (unfortunately the document is not free of charge in contrast to the EUCAST documents).
