Is there any method available other than bisulphite adduct route for quantitative extraction of citral from lemon grass oil? Bisulphite adduct route gives low yield on regeneration of citral.

That depends on how much citral you need. Flash chromatography is obviously the most painless way if you need several grams of pure citral, but for macro quantities the only reasonable route is via the bisulfite adduct:
