I am running code after setting path to chronux in matlab and adding all param values to the matlab and importing excel file of data. I have tried different combinations but all the time the error message reads line "Error in mtspectrumc (line 51)
[tapers,pad,Fs,fpass,err,trialave,params]=getparams(params);". Thanks in advance!!!
You said you set the path to Chronux. However, it looks like you need to right click the Chronux folder and select "Add to Path > Selected Folders and Subfolders". This will add getparams.m and all other needed functions to your path.
You can do this with code like this:
addpath(genpath( 'your path to chronux' ))
Thank you Ryan, it was helpful, I did it now, its better in that I don't get that error message, but I still get, "undefined function or variable mtspectrumc", any ideas on where I might be going wrong?
