I have read the paper published by Brandon Beagle et. al., namely 'The glycine N-methyltransferase (GNMT) 1289 C->T variant influences plasma total homocysteine concentrations in young women after restricting folate intake'.

However, I cannot find the rsID or the chromosome position of this variant. It would be great if someone do know that with credible source.
