Our lab is looking to upgrade our UV spectrometer with specific filters it currently has only a 600 nm filter. We are definitely going to add 450 nm filter to be able to read HRP ELISA plates but have 2 other spare filter slots.

I would like to get an opinion which other filters could be the most suitable for the vacant slots.

I understand the choice of the absorbance filter is dependant on the assays that might be performed in the future. But having an idea of which are the most popular and widely used might help me out.
