I have an Iridium metal complex, which is having two bromide ion attached to the iridium centre, I am doing crystallization of compound in Chloroform, but during the crystallization process, the bromide ion is getting replaced by chloride ion. I need a reference that, this is possible so that I can cite in the paper. Plz, help me.
