Hi everyone,

I wanted to analyse my data with a chi-square test, since it involves a 2x6 table, but more than 20% of my expected counts are less than 5. Usually, one would use a Fisher's exact test in this case. But if I'm right, Fisher's is only possible for 2x2 tables? This means that I cannot use this test on my data (2x6 table).

Are there maybe any other tests I can use in this case, which can be applied to RxC tables?

I hope you can help me with this question, thanks!
