Can we use char produced from plastic waste materials for the soil amendment?
In principle, why not?
In practice, it depends on the eventual inorganic additives that remain in the char after pyrolysis. It also depends on how perfect the pyrolysis was. Spreading residual micro/nanoplastic in the soil is not a good idea.
Not so sure for plastic bio-char but bio-char from pyrolysis of tender coconut husk is possible.
You can't make any amendment of soil with biochar becouse is like fossil organic matter.
