I'm fresh man in the field of change detection, I found the data sets described in the papers cannot be found. So where can I find them? help!!! Thanks a lot!
If the datasets are publically available then check the citation of those datasets in the paper, from the citation you can find the necessary information to get the dataset. (You may look for the Name of Dataset, Authors, or any given link to access on the Dataset's Citation)
Usually, when a dataset related to a published paper is available somewhere, this should be indicated in the paper together with the address of the website/repository.
Publishing dataset is recommended, but not required. Some authors let you access to their dataset after signing the user's agreement for using dataset. Thus, you need to contact the authors via email for information.
Some popular dataset platform you may looking for:
1. Github (sometimes dataset go along with codes, or mentioned in README)
