These days many of academic teachers around the world have switched to e-teaching due to current epidemiological situation related to SARS-CoV-2. This is a great challenge to both students, teachers and educational authorities.
Could you please share your observations, hopes and worries related to this form of teaching in both preclinical and clinical settings?

How do you plan to perform academic examinations if epidemiological restrictions persist?
Michal S. Karbownik. Thank you for your question. The changes induced by COVID-19 pandemic is overwhelming and making significant challenges. However, this pandemic is an excellent opportunity to learn a lot about sudden changes with such scales. How to handle them, learn more about viruses, pathogenesis, preventive measures, and creating new therapeutics, how to workout better preventive measures, and be prepared for such wide-scale disasters. The crises will make us have a fresh look at safety and security, research priorities, education and curriculum, use of new teaching and learning approaches, and many other aspects. The year 2020 will always be remembered as the year that made such changes.

I agree that this difficult time may improve our way of teaching and learning by students. This may enhance students awareness of "knowledge need" and promote their independence in learning. Anyway, teachers should be supportive to inspire the students even more.
On the other hand, knowledge and skills verification may be particularly challenging. Some academic institutions support oral exams instead of written in order to ensure students' "fair play" in exams. This may shift the way in which the students learn even more. What is your opinion about such way of doing exams?

In Iraq e learning was apposed by many students at the beginning of the COVID 19 crisis , but now the students have realized that it is essential method of learning and it is the only way currently to continue education through google classroom , moodle, taped video letures ...... ect
The following is an editorial accepted for publication in the journal medical education in Spanish, which is indexed in Scopus, Scielo and MEDES, and is the body of expression of the Ibero-American Forum for Medical Education (FIAEM). I share this to encourage debate on the changes and adaptations that medical education must have in times of pandemic, and the lessons we must have in the face of post-pandemic medical education.
