Dear Sir, Covid-19 has shaken the entire world economy and none of the business is untouched irrespective of their size and type of operations. The employees finds it really difficult to combat the underlying situation at work as well as home. They are not having motivation to do more as they are not getting the output they put effort for. While the organisations are suffering from very bad cash flow, they are not getting the payments that they were supposed to get. Employers finds it difficult to disburse salaries and wages because of speculations, apprehensions and bad financial position.
Please add more challenges than mine that I have covered in this survey.

The COVID-19 pandemic has created huge problems for employees, organizations, and governments.
A) For employees:
1. Forced unemployment,
2. Under-employment, and
3. Anti-social employment.
B) For organizations:
1. Reduced cash flow,
2. Reduced profit potential, and
3. Reduced shareholder confidence.
C) For governments:
1. Reduced economic productivity,
2. High unemployment rate, and
3. Reduced national income.
