Is there any way to conduct CFA in PLS-SEM? If no, then can we eliminate items having factor loadings below 0.70 based on measurement model?
Dear Mukaram,
If average value of all items factor loading is above 0.7 then you do not need to remove any item from the relevant construct. However, you must check cross loading, if any item loaded more than one construct than remove it.

In PLS-SEM, assessment of measurement model is equivalent to CFA is CB-SEM, except the PLS-SEM doesn't do goodness of fit.
