Has anyone successfully and consistently used an anti-CD86 antibody for immunofluorescence in murine cardiac paraffin-embedded tissue? If so, would you please share the catalog, protocol and dilution info?
Thanks Maurice. I tried that website. Unfortunately they have no publications that I can find that use immunofluorescence to visualize CD86 positive cells in murine cardiac tissue. Many antibodies work in other organs but to date I can not find anything in heart tissue that doesn't require DAB method.
