Dear all,

I'm looking at micro vessel density in FFPE tissue, where I need a marker to ID neoangiogenic vasculatures. Initially I thought about doing CD31/CD34 co staining to figure out the proportion of neoangiognic vessels. However, some publications suggest CD105(Endoglin) is a more specific marker over CD34 for neoangiogenesis .

Could someone please kindly advise me

1) whether CD105 is more appropriate marker based on personal experience?

2) If CD105 stains lymphatic vessels.

Many thanks!

Tommy
