Can't we use citric acid and sodium bicarbonate as blowing agent?

I used mix citric acid and sodium bicarbonate (192 g + 254 g , according to stoichiometry) as blowing agents for PVC foam sheet instead of NC, but it wasn't good. Why? please help me. I send the datasheet of materials. Notice: I use 2 phr of blowing agant normally. Best wishes
