I have LANDSAT MSS data of 1980's, But it is quite blurred, I have to use this data for Classification. I want to know about Radiometric correction of the same....
There is no reason to believe Landsat MSS images are "blurred", unless you are trying to visualize them at a higher magnification than the native resolution, or if you compare MSS data with Landsat 8 data. For sure, these images were obtained with a coarser instrument than more recent ones, but that is the case for all optical remote sensing instruments.
A search on the Web for "radiometric correction landsat mss" will generate 207,000 hyperlinks, many of which lead to specific articles, reports or book chapters about calibrating Landsat MSS data. Examples include
there is one pre-processing tool available in ENVI software, you can use it directly. apart from that if you want to explore on your own then you can use the Landsat handbook and do it.
Landsat historic images, if you got from USGS explorer then you do not to adopt any pre processing techniques. If your MSS image is very blur then (if due to cloud cover scattering) , use cloud removal algorithms develop in Erdas imagine, Envi , Geomatica software.
