Reqiurement of RDA

there are certain combinations usually supplied by govt run 'angavaadi kendras' in india for children

1) Amylase rich energy food (AREF)

whole wheat (roasted), Soya dhal (steamed), defatted Soya flour (roasted), Bengal gram (roasted), powdered sugar, vitamins and minerals (premix) and malted ragi, for taste little crystal sugar is also added, this whole composition can be given as 'laddu' , we can use a little clarified butter as binding agent..

2) sattu
