This is site of the Project Management Institute PMI, leading world standard that including certification Project Management Professional PMP, if You want You may become member. PMBOK including procedures, tools and others about Project Management. If You want to be Project Manager, this is excellent for your career development.

I suggest that you also visit www.maxwideman.com. There you will find a lot of relevant information about project management generally as well as "Project Management for Civil Engineers" in particular. Hope that helps.
