There are different ways of synthesizing nanoparticles Viz. chemical vapour deposition, Electrodeposition, Pulsed Laser deposition,Ball Milling,etc. But, I want to know a simple way of synthesizing nanoparticles by sol-gel technique under normal laboratory condition.
Mr. Velumani, please, give me some more information about the type of nanoparticles, i. e. sol-gel glasses and/or ceramics powder. I am asking you, because I am working in a field of in vitro bioactive ceramics in the CaO-P2O5-SiO2 system.
There are different way of synthesize the nano particle but 'Sol-Gel' auto combustion technique is so easy and cost effective method to synthesis nano particle in lab.We can prepared so many ferrite material with the help of this method easily in the lab.
Sol-gel technique is easier and low temperature technique. the major advantage of this technique is the homogeneity of sol. The other important point is one can use the same sol for make powder, thin film, nano rod, fibers etc.
can you suggest how to prepare the tin FTO ( flurine doped tin oxide ) nano particle from sol gel method.... is there any paper available for temperature studies on tin oxides.
