Can you suggest a free tool to calculate the molecular descriptor COSMIC total energy?

Dear Colleagues,

Could you please suggest a way to calculate the molecular descriptor COSMIC total energy? I have tried some of the freely accessible tools like E Dragon, PaDEL, and Chemopy but I couldn't find this descriptor. Im aware that researchers have reported the use of TSAR 3.3 software for the calculation of COSMIC total energy but this option is not available.

Your help is highly appreciated!
