I am developing high school intervention program for reducing prejudice and enhancing future behavioral intentions for co-working with Roma minority among Slovak majority adolescents. I am using INTERMIN scale for measuring change in attitudes but I need another scale for evaluating change in intentions for future co-working with the minority (smth. like "How would you feel if you are about to employ Roma person from segregated area?" or/ "How would you feel if you get know that you new colleague is Roma person ?" etc.

Can you recommend some scales/measurements? :)
