After the Černobil accident we know the dependence of stochastic effect on high-dose exposure. But nowadays, there is a new subject - can we experimentally prove a dependence in the range of low-dosage?

thank you for your large help. Several of them are a founding member of the project OPERRA (association Melodi, DoReMi), as well as our University. Checking my book entitled "The Use of the Ionizing Radiation Technique forTissue Sterilization (2012)", I have found the following information: The Central Tissue Bank within the Medical University of Warsaw is using sucessfully the ionizing radiation technique for tissue sterilization.
The tissue bank within the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona in Spain are also using the ionizing radiation technique for the sterilization of human tissues and has a great experience in the use of this technique for this specific purpose using a nuclear facility located in the region.
