Visual intelligence is a rather broad term and your test choice has to depend on the specific visual domains you want to measure. You could use standard intelligence tests (Wechsler scales, Stanford-Binet scales) in which mainly the performal subtests may indicate visual or visuospatial intelligence.
Alternatively, you could use neuropsychological Visual Perception tests, which assess higher-order visual perceptual and visual cognitive functions. Examples are VOSP (visual object and space perception), BORB (Birmingham object recognition battery) MVPT (motor-free visual perception test) or DTVP-A (developmental tests for visual perception - adults)
Both Ugur and Marlou know much more about this than I. All I know is that the dentistry faculty at my university, University of Toronto, uses some test as part of their admissions process. Perhaps it is one of the ones already cited, but I know that they evaluated a few of them. Perhaps you can contact them.
