We are currently setting up a young researcher team and we want to use a group ware which helps us to communicate in different circles, to have a shared calendar, to write texts together, to allocate tasks and share interesting links and other stuff. Do you have experiences with a group ware and what can you recommend?

thank you very much. At the moment we are taking a closer look at open atrium (http://openatrium.com/#!/). So far nobody at our institute or university has any experiences with open atrium. Is ther anybody who is using it?
Yesterday we decided to use open atrium which will be set up by a data management agency. Once we started working with this group ware I will share our experiences at this place.
@all interested in the question of group ware and how to work in a research team with it. We have now tested 'OpenAtrium' for a while and decided to use 'trello' instead. Mainly because OpenAtrium is not as handy/usable as we thought from the first impression.
