Thank you for your answer! It helps because there are a lot of companies that propose antibodies for exosomes study, but I don't have large quantity of sample and I need to try a good product from first try.
I used GRP94, Alix and CD81, all from Abcam, and they all work fine. I never got much sample either and was usually forced to load 10ug of protein for Western blotting; it's not ideal, but it can work, especially if you have an ECL signal enhancer.
We use anti-CD63, and -CD9 from SBI System Biosciences, anti-TSG101 was from Abcam (Ab83, 4A10), anti-CD81 from Santa Cruz (Sc-166026), secondary anti-mouse (NA931) and anti-rabbit (NA934) HRP conjugated ECL antibodies from GE Healthcare Life Sciences.
