I'm wondering if there's a problem if you process data with a trial version of a piece of software, have good results, and want to publish a paper using them. I've never heard of anyone having a problem, but I also don't know if that is something one can do.
In the worst case scenario, the reviewers of your paper might ask you to redo some data analysis, and because your free trial is up, you have to find the funds to get the full version.
In addition to what @Amgad and @Valiavaraj have suggested, you may want to consider giving
1. detailed algorithms with explanations of the key terms and symbols used in each algorithm,
2. after giving formal definitions of the key terms and symbols as well as formulas in a Preliminaries section of your paper, then give one or two theorems (with proofs) to give a solid basis for your basic approach. Your proof would be aided by results you obtain with your software. A good example of how this is done is given in

In answer to your question, I would use your preliminary results in terms of theorems you present. In other words, shift the focus from the results your software produces to what your software provides as a vehicle for justifying your approach.
Any software programming is an automated form of a mathematical and logical reasoning process. We need not worry about their versions, they keep on upgrading themselves. We only need to see how best the application suits our requirement. To doubly be sure of the process, check some samples and verify before publishing.
