I am not sure whether the time span is enough for your analysis or not, but here is some information regarding Morocco's FDI inflow (in Million Morrocan Dirham) by industry/sectors from 2010-2018:

You will need manual transformation to USD and/or EURO, and inflation adjustment.
As for GDP, it can be found in the World Bank database (I'm sure you have already found it).

Hi Mohamed Ait El Fakih you mean number of years to be 25, right? What any thoughts on dividing the period based on policy interventions, as a point of departure? or year in which Morocco has signed any free trade/ regional trade agreement? You can also consider to take the year as Morocco's entry into WTO and try to look at 'whether Morocco's joining the WTO has made any significant impact on FDI flows (inflows or outflows)?
Hi Viswanathan P. Karthiayani I think even 20 years is acceptable according to some articles I read. I guess in my research examining the impact of Morocco's joining to the WTO on FDİ inflows is not needed since my research is based on econometrics analysis.

Karthiayani in my study I endeavor to investigate the relationship between FDİ( inflows) and economic growth, as an illustration, I want to see which type of FDİ(inflows) contribute more to enhancing the economic growth of Morocco. in other words, manufacturing FDİ or nonmanufacturing FDİ contributes more to economic growth.
