Is there any way you can get a scholarship from the university or economic aid from the state? I do not know what the employment prospects for philosophy degrees are in your country but in mine they are fairly limited in earning potential or employment opportunities with a Ph.D generally limiting one to academia or the nonprofit sector. This is not always true, as there are many successful legal professional who began their careers in philosophy, but I can only imagine the career outlook with a degree in a foreign language, especially English, would increase your prospects after graduation.
