I am researching on authentic leadership style and require a self-reported questionnaire to measure it. Can you please suggest the questionnaire? I will be obliged if you share it with me.
There is no such phrase as Authentic leadership style. The literature is available on various types of leadership styles. You can read my papers on leadership strategies and business excellence uploaded on ResearchGate. More specific questions shall be welcome and answered

Dear Dr. Bhatnagar - I have not heard of any tests that measure this. But maybe look into LSI or LSI360. Also, if we talk about authentic leadership it sounds that high autonomy combined with high conscientiousness are topics to look at. Big five measure conscientiousness. So, one might start there. An authentic leader is perceived as genuine and confident in himself as a person. This means that if you want to work on becoming a better authentic leader, you also need to become more authentic as a person.

I have succeeded in a test to measure authentic leadership. Depending on the purpose of your research, you could identify characteristics that define a person as an authentic leader, or you could do a case study.

Can you inform what is title or hypothesis statement of your research proposal. It is difficult topic since every one believes her leadership is authentic. Hence difficult to find variables and questions to ask directly. Instead what we can do is to determine key attributes of an authentic leader and study and ask leaders what do they think make them authentic leader and then verify by asking similar questions to 10-15 colleagues and subordinates to judge perception difference. To ask some one if he is authentic leader is like asking some one in face , are you honest in your conduct.
Of course, leadership style is a concept and not variable.
Because the leadership style is different in each region. For example, the leadership style in America is different from the leadership style in China due to specific social, cultural, political, etc. reasons. The leaders of an organization have different opinions, so this issue should be investigated with a qualitative approach and have a structural and interpretive paradigm issue.
But as I said earlier, if you mean leadership style and leadership characteristics, you should extract questionnaires from various articles and localize them and create your own questionnaire and present the work with a quantitative and meta-evidential approach.
