I am trying to search literature where "achievement goals" has been tested as a mediator between "organizational factors" and "individual level innovative behavior".
Can anyone please refer to some relevant literature?

Personally, I have not came across study which examined achievement goals as mediator between organizational factors and innovation outcomes.
