My colleague Dr. Almaliky, I have speak two language, but I wish I hope to speak 4 language. However, now a day I have started with a program to learn the turkish language.
I think learning a language like any other specialty is possible to learn, but it is better to start from the first stages of education, for me I think it is hard to start now learning a new language and my whole time is busy with professional and scientific commitments.
It's certainly possible, and the best way is to be exposed to the languages from birth, and to also study them in a more formal setting.

The point about study is that mastering the written language requires practice, reading of literature, an accumulation of vocabulary, beyond what is merely colloquial. To be able to create cogent arguments clearly, elegantly, is just not so easy to master, without a lot of exposure and a lot of practice.

Learning languages is limitless. Regarding the human brain capability, anyone can learn any language he or she wish to, all we need for this programme is time. Thus, the key for learning anything we want is around managing our daily time.
