Thank you for your reply. I've made a quick research based on some flower characters. I think it is Globularia alypum (Plantaginaceae). I am still confused, that's why I posted this question and the opinion of specialists will be a great help.

This plant is Globularia alypum L. of family Plantaginaceae (=Globulariaceae). It is a perennial shrub found throughout the Mediterranean region. In Algeria it called as "Tasalgha". The plant is known for its uses in the the indigenous system of medicine for a variety of purposes such as hypoglycaemic agent, laxative, cholagogue, stomachic, purgative, sudorific and also in the treatment of cardio-vascular and renal diseases, rheumatism, gout, typhoid, intermittent fever and diabetes.
Globularia alypum L. ( Globulariaceae) - correct identification by many, but not Scabiosa columbaria L. (Caprifoliaceae or species of genus Cichorium L. (Asteraceae).
Current family for this species is Globulariaceae, earlier it was in Plantaginaceae.
