Can you heat Fe nano-particles with some RF or microwave source? and if yes then is the mechanism ferromagnetic resonance responsible for that?

Can anyone tell me how to calculate the ferromagnetic resonance absorption spectrum? And how to calculate which frequency will heat the Fe nano-particle more?
