Can you give me the technical advise to install the Arc View 3.1 to the 64 bit computer ?

I still interest to my old work with Arc View 3.1 or 3.2 even now it can do it on ArcGIS. Because first i have to see it on Arc View old version , before run it again on Arc GIS. Pl any one know the way how it can install on 64 computer or is it now totally dead software ?
