Can you calculate prevalence -adjusted bias-adjuster kappa (PABAK) for three observers?

I have found a bunch of research on how to calculate PABAK, prevalence index and bias index but nothing when there are three (3x3) or four observers (4x4). Any help/formulas would be greatly appreciated?
